Tamora Pierce has a book series called The Trickster Series, which features many POC. The narrator is white, sadly, but the series is about oppressed POC overthrowing their white colonizers. It definitely has a lot of white privilege, but Pierce did try to stay true to the real gruesome history of colonialism and it is well written and engaging. Not exactly all black, but if you are hard up for POC in fantasy it is worth looking into.

The first book I ever read with a non-white character was “Cobwebs” by Karen Romano Young. Still a favorite. I will check out some of these books for sure.
